As part of our team, we have a Colour Consultant, who is there to assist you along the way. Their goal is to reduce the intimidation in the selection process for colours, fixtures and fittings.
These are your standard inclusions and should be discussed in detail with your builder. It is important when making selections to stick to your inclusions as anything outside of what is mentioned in the inclusions list will increase the price of your home
It’s absolutely critical during the quoting and design stages that you are comparing apples with apples. The team at Horizon Projects prides itself on selecting the best possible products for price on the market. It’s imperative to us that we don’t jeopardise the quality of build. It is also important to us that you do your own research on these products so that you can compare the difference.
Yes – you bet! It is part of our obligation to you that your home meets all energy efficiency ratings and it is the responsibility of our design team to ensure that this takes place.
Yes! Your home will absolutely be warranted against defects. Our defects period is 12 months from the day we hand you over your keys to your beautiful home and the Structural Warranty is 7 years.
